WARMTH // Nourishing the Heart

$2.50

This meditation guide is for the element of Fire.  Fire represents expanding yang. It’s outward movement, the noonday sun, the summer solstice, growth, flourishing, and summer night bonfires with friends. It’s the hygge candles that warm our hearts at night. And it’s the metaphorical fire of our bodies and minds.

The main organ of Fire is our heart, so for this meditation we are going to focus on the energy of Fire and our heart space.

Description

I see you. You’re a busy person; you have so many plates spinning right now that even the self care you know you have to do feels like one more plate you need to spin.

That’s not how self care should feel, my friend!

I created this series of meditations for two reasons:

  1. My patients needed to continue our work outside of the clinic and they needed a simple way to address a Chinese organ system
  2. Those patients are like you and they also have a ton of spinning plates

I needed to find a way to take the beauty and simplicity of a guided meditation fit into the available nooks and crannies of a modern schedule without upsetting the delicate balance my patients had in the air.

This meditation is for the element of Fire.
